I appreciate Paul Young a lot. He always speaks with the quiet confidence and authority of someone who has been through the grinder and emerged more comfortable in his own skin. I loved the way he engaged everyone (the interviewer, the audience, me) without ever grabbing for attention. I liked the fact that Paul was able to proclaim the gospel without seeming like a fanatic or being held up to derision. "God is very active in my life"...his faith is attainable. But even more so toward the end when the young man is really leaning in and asking Paul to come back I sensed that Paul had given his message in a way that made his interviewer thristy. That is the goal right?
